Returns/Refunds
You may return an item within 30 days, however, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.
Downloadable software products and Software as a Service (SaaS) subscriptions such as our “AED Program Management” are non-refundable.
You may call us toll free at (800) 991-6511 or email us at support@vitalipartners.com. Please be sure and email us a required receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us for the address to send returns. Be sure to include your Return Authorization Number on the packaging. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping Returns/Exchanges

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs. Please consider using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost items shipped to us.
Partial Refunds
In special cases partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
*Products with obvious signs of use
*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
*Any item not in its original condition, showing signs of damage or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds
When your returned item is received you will receive an email notification. After inspection of the item will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed back immediately to your original method of payment. Please note your financial institution has their own regulations as to when they will process your refund. If it has been more than 7 business days feel free to contact us at (800) 991-6511 so we can help get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Please either call us at (800) 991-6511 or send an email to support@vitalipartners.com so we can assist you with this matter.
