HSI Alignment


For aligning HSI if you are already have a Training Center:

  1. Please request the TC update form by either emailing instructors@vitalipartners.com.  You must submit your HSI credentials as well to the contact listed above. 

  2. Once we receive your HSI credentials and the completed TC update form, we will be able to process the form. 


For aligning HSI if you are not yet a Training Center:

  1. Complete the HSI Training Center Application Form (you request this form by emailing instructors@vitalipartners.com.  Once we receive this form back, we will submit it to HSI. 

  2. You will be sent an email for the reciprocity course via the HSI for you to complete the reciprocity process. Please complete this course successfully. 

  3. Please purchase an instructor package for any discipline directly through the HSI store to activate your TC. This is a one time purchase, and you’ll be able to purchase cards directly from our CPR Supply Source site after you purchase your instructor package.

  4. Please send us a copy of your reciprocity certificate when received.
