Editing Student AHA e-Cards in Atlas
How do I edit a student's AHA e-card in Atlas?
1. Under "Training Center" go to "eCards.
2. Use the drop down "Manage eCards" and choose "Search eCards".
3. Select the training center.
4. Search for the student. Sometimes, less is better. Try with only the student's first and last name. There are many search parameters you can use to find your student.
5. Once the student is located click the pen icon where it says edit on the right side of their information.
6. From here you can change the students first name, last name or email.
7. After you successfully create the change it will prompt you to resend the card to the student. Be sure and send the student an email to claim their updated card version.
What if I don't have access to edit a student's AHA e-Card in Atlas since their card was already claimed?
